The Congress provides for manuscript publication in Congress Proceedings as a separate book. All manuscripts submitted for publication in Congress Proceedings will be reviewed. Each of them will be assigned a digital object identifier (DOI) and will be included in the Russian Science Citation Index (РИНЦ) database. Manuscripts for Congress Proceedings can be submitted in Russian and English.
After reviewing, the authors of the most interesting manuscripts will be proposed to supplement or extend the manuscripts and to publish them in Bulletin of the Russian Academy of Sciences: Physics indexed in SCOPUS (Q3). Extend manuscripts can be submitted only in English!

Your manuscripts can be written in English or in Russian.
Each participant can present no more than two reports at the Congress and publish no more than two papers in Congress Proceedings. If you submit two manuscripts, you can publish one of them or both. Any material not submitted to the EFRE-2024 Congress is considered as no-show and is not accepted for publication.
